Standard Support Program

Our training staff have extensive experience in the metal industry and are experts at computerizing metal operations. We use a standardized training plan that we customize for every implementation. This plan includes on-site training, step-by-step user guides, exercises, videos, milestone evaluations and project planning meetings, and more.

Technology Implementation

Our technical staff are experts in the technologies used by our products. We assist with the implementation of computer equipment, communications facilities, operating systems, databases, network topology and other systems hardware, and Third Party software purchased from Invera.

Invera constantly monitors Third Party supplier software and hardware for any new releases or changes. We certify and enhance our software to meet and integrate accordingly.


eSTELPLAN is our third generation metal enterprise software. It is the predecessor to STRATIX. eSTELPLAN is built on the foundation of our second generation STELPLAN product. Invera continue to support and enhance eSTELPLAN.
