| STRATIX provides several gateway mechanisms to assist in
the process of getting started. |

| STRATIX/STARTUP provides a number of inbound
data insertion functions that support initial loading of Enterprise Parameter
and Transactional information. The initial loading features are generally
recommended for one-time usage as a transitional facility from a previous
software system to STRATIX. |
| The conversion can be automated with these gateways or the
conversion can be entered manually if the data on the legacy system is incomplete. |

| INTERFACES |

STRATIX/EXCHANGE provides interfaces and Gateways for integration with
3rd party systems i.e. EDI engines, Shipment optimization systems, re-heat
furnaces, rolling mills, in addition to custom and proprietary applications.

| Third Party Financial Integration |
| The financial interchange functions of STRATIX are designed
to integrate STRATIX with third party financial products. The interfaces
are built to allow for continual exchange of data between STRATIX and the
external systems in a seamless way so that the systems can operate concurrently
with no end user interaction. |
