| Chooses STRATIX for ERP Solution- April

| Invera, the
metal industry software specialist, has been chosen by Tampa Bay Steel Corporation
(TBSC), Tampa Bay, Florida to implement Invera's enterprise product STRATIX.
This general line service center with a 180,000 square foot facility carries
a large selection of carbon, stainless and other metal products and performs
extensive processing capabilities including burning, sawing, CNC machining,
and forming. |

| TBSC will be implementing a full complement of
STRATIX features such as metal price book, saw pricing, shop floor production
recording, warehouse receiving, and WiFi functions. An important requirement
during the decision making process was the capability of STRATIX to handle
multi-step value add processing. |
