| Live on STRATIX ERP Solution - May

| Staub Metals Corporation,
a flat-rolled service center based in Paramount, California, is now live
on the enterprise software STRATIX from
the metal industry software specialist Invera.
This flat-rolled service center carries a large selection of cold rolled,
hot rolled, galvanized, galvalume, and aluminized sheet products and whose
annual sales are estimated at $60 million. |

| Their sites in Paramount and Fontana
contain 240,000 square feet of production capacity and include two leveling
lines, a precision mult-blanking line and one slitting line. |

| Staub Metals has implemented a full
complement of STRATIX features such as shop floor production recording,
toll processing functions that automate the billing of customer owned material
processing, and on-line shipping planning. This will also include a comprehensive
production system for the computerization of their flat rolled production.
Staub Metals upgraded to STRATIX from the Invera ERP eSTELPLAN and have
been an Invera customer since 2001.
