| Energy Alloys operates through four sales and
service facilities in England and two sales and service centers in Scotland,
selling to UK and international markets. The group provides a variety of
products to the energy, stainless, general engineering, mill representation
and hydraulics, with the majority of the combined revenues coming from the
oilfield industry. |

| A comprehensive range of processing facilities
is readily available to provide semi-finished material ready for second
stage machining. The company operates a fully equipped machine shop, primarily
for the oil and gas industry, including the UK's largest capacity, by size,
for deep-hole boring. |

|
| Corrosion resistant products include solid bar,
hollow bar, Flat and hexagonal bar, tube and pipe, and fittings. The stainless
steel product includes mainly round bar, while the general engineering steels
include carbon and alloy steels in round bar (rolled or forged), some grey
cast iron grades, and a range of tool steel. |

| Energy Alloys has implemented a full complement
of STRATIX features such as shop floor production recording and on-line
shipping planning. The company is also making full use of the multi-step
processing features within STRATIX that integrates with outside processing.
Some of the more complex orders have as many as 7 to 8 production processes
that are performed internally or an outside processor with multiple transfer
steps. |

location in Dubai in April 2008. |
