CORUS UK
Corus began the evaluation process with a pilot site located in Bristol, UK after a thorough software and technology evaluation of the product. Following a detailed benefit analysis of STRATIX at the pilot site, the enterprise system was approved in 2003 for all the UK service centers.

David Bright, the IT Director for the group, comments "We carefully measured the benefits using key performance indicators (KPI) to make sure STRATIX gave us that performance leap forward we needed".

The project included replacing the 16 different order processing systems with a single software solution across all product groups with the strategic objective to reduce IT management costs and improve the productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction within all business units.

Corus has now completed the UK and Ireland Service Centre project combining over 40 service centers on one consolidated database with over 1,500 users to benefit from the scalability of STRATIX.
