| Expands Operations with Invera ERP - Feb

| Chicago Steel, a flat-rolled toll processor specializing
in tension leveling with facilities in Gary, IN and Fairless Hills, PA,
has implemented Invera's enterprise product STELPLAN at a newly acquired
toll processing facility specialized in slitting. Chicago Steel's Gary,
IN and Fairless Hills, PA facilities have been users of Invera's ERP STELPLAN
product since 2000. |

| The acquisition of the new slitting facility
enabled Chicago Steel to expand their business and services. The new processing
additions are comprised of a 60" slitter that handles heavy gauge,
hot rolled products and non-surface critical products & a 72" slitter
that has a 'Strand Extension' to handle all light gauges, pre-painted, specialty
items with surface critical. |

| The implementation of the new business unit commenced
on Thursday Feb 8th with the announcement that a new business unit would
be incorporated into Chicago Steel's Gary, IN facility. |

|
| Arrangements were quickly made with Invera and
Chicago Steel's local networking consultants to add additional infrastructure
to ensure that the new operations would be rapidly integrated with STELPLAN.
With the assistance of an Invera consultant, the new slitting business unit
was operational on Sunday Feb 11th and live on Monday Feb 12th. |

| Implementing a new business process with new
personnel in 4 days seemed almost impossible, but by the following week
Chicago Steel's new processing facilities were caught up on the backlog
in production, receiving, and shipments. With STELPLAN's ease-of-use, Chicago
Steel's experienced users were self sufficient and productive. |

| Chicago Steel has also been be using the STELPLAN
ON-DEMAND hosting service since 2004 that allows Chicago Steel to connect
to the Invera Technology Center using the Internet. All software applications
and data are hosted at the Invera Technology Center. This service provides
an added dimension in flexibility for Chicago Steel to focus on their core
metal operations by outsourcing their technology operational requirements. |
