Invera releases Tablet Application for INVEX Customer Service & eCOMMERCE
April 2012 – Invera is pleased to announce the release of a Tablet Application for their INVEX Customer Web Service and eCOMMERCE applications. The INVEX products are fully integrated with STRATIX, the metal service center software also provided by Invera.
The new tablet application uses mobile computing to interact directly with the comprehensive metal-specific STRATIX database in an instantaneous, real-time environment. INVEX is also available as a web-based application for operation on laptops, tablets, PC’s, and Macs.
INVEX enables customers, outside sales representatives, as well as customer service staff to quickly, easily, and securely access frequently-requested information & requirements via the web at their own convenience, eliminating the need to call and leave messages or send emails.

View/print/email functionality for customer documents is provided for Quotes, Sales Acknowledgements, Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, Proof of Delivery, Test Certificates, and Invoices.
