| eSTELPLAN |
Our widely successful product STELPLAN was released in 1981 and was enhanced
for over a decade, adding new functions and features for the service center
industry. STELPLAN formed a fully integrated multi-branch system for medium
and large metal service centers, fabricators, and processors.
In July 1999 Invera announced the release of eSTELPLAN, our third generation
system, a full upgrade of the second-generation product. In this upgrade,
we replaced the entire internal operations of STELPLAN to operate with
the Oracle or Informix relational databases. eSTELPLAN is also the foundation
system for the development of our internet products allowing customers
to access and update eSTELPLAN information via the internet.

the rich heritage of eSTELPLAN, provides new and extended functionality
to meet the needs of multi-site and multi-process operations and includes
comprehensive audit and control facilities and addresses the global metal
market. Our strategy is for STRATIX to provide our customers with the most
