On January 1, 2000, we adopted a new corporate focus dedicating our development, in phases, for future products to operate over the Internet. With this change in corporate product direction, we changed our name from Planmatics to Invera to more closely correspond with our objective of high internal productivity and cost-effectiveness using net-based technology.
